I love electronic music.

I work in the music business and there's a lot of lazy musicians.

Love the eclectic vibe and the music scene. 

Great music and restaurants and always a festival or 2 going on. 

Fountain Square now has a brewery, ice cream shop, multiple music venues, art museum, the cultural trail, etc, etc...

  $1200 "stimulus" checks ain't gonna cut it when people can't pay rent or mortgages and the music stops on eviction and foreclosure moratoriums. 

My PM communicates to me that the tenant takes very good care of the property (music to my ears a tenant who wants to stay long term and cares for the property.) 

When you get that big a gap in the way sellers and buyers are thinking then nothing much happens.He likens the current situation to a game of musical chairs...at the moment the music is still playing.
