Some won't even tell you who the manager is.Heard stories of folks who does these dirty deals would meet the managers in charge of these properties at some restaurant, the manager would make an excuse to go to the bathroom, leave his jacket hanging on a chair, when he comes back, finds an envelope stuffed with cash in one of the pockets.

So she constantly bakes wonderful fattening concoctions that she drops off @ the property I am rehabbing.Yesterday it was 12 cream puffs stuffed with a brandy flavored custard prior to that it was cakes, soups etc etc.

first of all make sure its CLEAN of lint,,,exhaust hose pipe always needs cleaned often, specially on gas dryers or it becomes a fire hazzard.Saw one nobody cleaned in forever,,,,got over a stuffed grocery paper bag out of duct from dryer in basement to ground level,,,,about 6 feet.
