hey @Kerry Baird, yeah this one actually had to be ADA-adaptable too and it was only 395sq.ft garage-conversion, so we were stuffed for any counter space with what was left.

I drive by RSG in Molalla and the log yard is stuffed and trucks and going the parking lot is full  they probably just need to start running 3 shifts if they are not already.. of course this is just dimensional 2X4 mill not sure on the OSB side. 

These kids may be going to foster care, I hope they have their special dolls or stuffed animals to take with them.  

People aren’t fleeing downtown Toronto because they have jobs elsewhere, they’re fleeing being stacked on top of their neighbour with their 3 kids being stuffed into 750 sq ft.

I don't blame tenants for these issues unless it is a stuffed toy in the toilet.

See if you can find an investor or agent that needs help, even stuffing envelopes or plunging toilets.
