You could offer to provide some service to them (not sure what your day job is, if you have one) such as being a birddog, stuffing envelopes, etc. to learn their tricks.Another possibility if you know that you can get a stellar deal with cash is to network with Private / Hard money lenders willing to fork over the full amount, then find once the loan is seasoned (6-12 months) refinance at a better rate.

This of course made her day, and it was actually a chance for me to stay away from the park for a little bit which didn’t hurt as the chore for the day was emptying the warehouse behind the office of all the mattresses and furniture that had stuffed it to the gills and taking it to the dump.We were going to stop when I got a call from the manager that there was some urgent issue that needed me back immediately.
