I firmly believe that if a person is knowledgable, motivated and socially adapt to be a wholesaler they could be a rock star sales agent.

But it doesn't necessarily matter what they are as long as they lead you in the right general direction, give you what you need to generate that momentum, and that you have the flexibility to adapt later if needed.
