As a bonus, once you're set up with an MLS portal you can do your own searches and glean a lot of valuable information.I'd be happy to recommend lenders and set you up with a search for Austin, or if you're more interested in other markets, I have agent contacts in all the major Texas markets.

You already have a good idea, but gleaning information from the investors in that area is ALWAYS a plus, in addition, you get the chance to grow a relationship with them and -possibly- putting them on your buyers list.Fifth, use the information you've gathered to find the best areas to market in.

In pretty much every statistical example they give, there are so many variables that are uncontrolled for, that I'm not sure much can be gleaned from this, other than just empirical data.

A good start would be to invest a couple of hours reading up on the legal process in the applicable states.Yes, lots of people give 'wholesaling' a try but few succeed without sufficient fundamental knowledge, especially legal aspects and marketing (the key to Dealflow).And I'd love to be in contact with any homeowner approached by a law firm employee who gleaned their information and was offered foreclosure assistance.
