We liked the TL home and nice lakefront view but here are some cons: pretty far/isolated, no real dining options outside and besides the music festivals/BNP tournament, didn't know if it would do well as a STR.

I invest in other poker players.When I play in bigger poker tournaments good players will routinely trade 5-10% of each other and if one player wins they give the other player the agreed %.

We also get top dollar for the summer months.Surprisingly we rent out alot in the winter spring and fall.There are major fishing tournaments that bring us extra bookings and people who just come up to fish.We have a covered boat slip with a lift where my boat stays unless someone asks to use it.We make improvements every year to make the place nicer.

He hosts tournaments and donates to youth programs and gives away frisbees/coozies that say he is the area's "Ultimate Lender".If you're going to target marketing to runners or cosplayers or LGBTQ, you should go be part of their community, and give as much as you take.
