In the next downturn I would expect many markets to see major declines where others that were not as volatile see less drastic decreases or hold their value.At the end of the day no one has a crystal ball and there is no magic formula that will make any one investor immune to the downturn.

Markets go through cycles, it is what they do ... you are better off learning to invest throughout the cycle IMO rather than chasing markets that you think are some how in a different place in their cycle or immune to them.

my contractor and I did it . as a result, I went to the ER on a Friday night for severe skin infection, and he got sick for couple weeks. definitely a wrong movewhat surprised me is that the tenant who used to stay here has NO problem. i think their body is immune to the mold since they been staying here for more than 10 years.Thank you so much for your comment on the orange fireplace!
