Corporate warriors?

I took no deductions, sometimes I'd get some money back, sometimes I'd pay in an extra thousand dollars or two, but it wasn't such a big deal.Running a small business for the past 8 years, I was a weekend warrior, coffee break maniac, and late night administrative machine.

For those veterans of Central Texas real estate, my question centers on the topic : how to combat both the over-valuation of Austin-area properties and saturation of "weekend warrior" investors who simply overpay for distressed homes.Obviously, we are working in a market with high-demand -- due to the 100+ new residents we gain on a daily basis -- and short-supply.

I have suggested 4 names which were visionaries, masterminds, brainstormers and warriors.

It turns out that learning how to farm within the company of comrades who have shared your experiences is some pretty good "dirt therapy" for returning combat warriors who have some serious PTSD/shellshock.

At an onset management, I cetainly have no problem with an Owner who wants to do some weekend warrior projects or hire the contractors themselves.  

If it's cheap to expect weekend warriors who watch HGTV to just go nuts on price as they think they'll do the work themselves and make a fortune (they won't).

@Wayne Brooks I understand that not having a garage is a selling point, I do however have a huge enclosed barn on the property and being the weekend warrior I am, I don't miss having the garage.. plus the garage is now the game room!.
