It turns out that learning how to farm within the company of comrades who have shared your experiences is some pretty good "dirt therapy" for returning combat warriors who have some serious PTSD/shellshock.

@Wayne Brooks I understand that not having a garage is a selling point, I do however have a huge enclosed barn on the property and being the weekend warrior I am, I don't miss having the garage.. plus the garage is now the game room!.

I wouldnt go as far to say drywall is hard to screw up, I've walked into many the weekend warrior butcher jobs.....lol.
