I am trying to rent my first property should I get a new or used stove and refrigerator or leave no appliances, what about a dish washer, garage door opener, or garbage disposal.

To give you a complete picture, there's also many other minor issues such as: the refrigerator is freezing all of the food and the light is broken (not the bulb), the kitchen light is broken (but the fan works), the doorknob latch sticks a lot so I can't close my door (it swings open from the slant in the house if not latched).

Not only was the oven covered in a thick layer of grease, the countertops were THICK with it, the window in the kitchen was covered, the microwave, refrigerator, sink, cabinets, floor, EVERYTHING!!

I could have gotten more, but I did not provide a refrigerator nor is there a washer/dryer in the unit.As landlords I understand that we want to get the maximum amount of rent we can, we need to cover our expenses and return a profit.

I had the AC service came by around 9:30AM this morning and by 10:15AM it's fixed.Turned out the outside compressor had a big hole in the copper pipe and all the refrigerant leaked out.
