They offer a practice test book that my teacher frequently recommended. here on Amazon.com Dearborn is the company that publishes our books, and they have a smartphone app that people in my class seemed to like.  

It rives me crazy when I see listings with horrible photos from a point and shoot or smart phone.  

@Fernando Londono and @Scott Trench I assume you mean you made the purchase on your smartphone and then tried to open the link to the book on an iphone or iPad.

Then I would buy a chromecast to us with my smartphone and sit in front of my tv during all of my free time and watch 100 hours of videos on youtube after typing into search "find motivated sellers" or "sean terry" or "joe McCall" or "build buyer's list" or "wholesaling real estate"

I just got an S5 smart phone and when I tried logging into BP with the same info that works just fine on my PC, it's says the username or password is incorrect. 

You cannot have too many people in your rolodex (or in today's language: you cannot have too many contacts in your smart phone). 

I read BP for several hours every day (broken up in pieces, but smartphones are a beautiful, terrible thing), and I regularly see people listing "freedom of my time" as one of their big motivations when it comes to RE investing.

Going from electric to gas alone will save you 350%, add in the fact you can control the heating and cooling from your smartphone for an extra $150, that could be another 300% savings.I hope this helps,Jonathan

You could set up a Google Voice phone number which will allow you to have a separate phone number for real estate (side hustle) related phone calls.By downloading the app on any smart phone, you will have the ability to use your regular phone for your day job while using the Voice app for anything else, and you can set up a separate answering machine message for when you're not able to answer.
