I heard about the traveling work force as it is in a medical community in Augusta Ga.

It's an asset that will continue to grow as more and more people and institutions begin to adopt it as a safer hedge against inflation than precious metals. 

It’s like talking about putting an LSD in a transmission or quantum mechanics just because people should take time to know about it, and form some level of intrigue, does mean that crap is important to them at this time in their precious life, you can especially expect that from the ones who put a lot of pressure on themselves and can’t quickly open their minds to simple conversation or new ideas, so i wouldn’t take it personal.As stated above, become a high level educator, and keep bringing up new ideas to everyone to help bring perspective to their life < you will most likely value from it the most.

4- looks like all of the California rental market just got a lot more precious, where we in San Francisco have been dealing with this for a long time.

Not on the list, but certainly meets the parameters is the Augusta, GA market.  

Anytime a fixer house in Marietta pops up, there's dozens of investors that swarm it- You can keep going north to Forsyth County, or east to Augusta.

They can barely afford to pay their mortgages and taxes there and live in perpetual fear that they'll have to downgrade or move their kids out of the school system they're in, an unthinkable loss of social status.As their kids grow, they unthinkingly strengthen then strong and weaken the weak, culminating in too many avoidable instances of weak, brittle, fearful young people of privilege who are unable to deal with any sort of real adversity and only really do anything when faced with the possibility that inaction might significantly damage their own precious social status, documented daily on Instagram, Facebook, etc.So in my private life of old friends and family, I find myself somewhat hemmed in by incredibly hard-working people who care a great deal about social status and constantly make utterly inane excuses about why they're all so damned broke as they drive massively depreciating cars and live in houses that are dumpster fires of various expenses.

There is no easy button.Time is a precious commodity so I shifted my focus in my assistance.I am happy to give nuggets of helpful information.

Right down the road was a great senior's complex with French and English and they wouldn't leave their precious house.
