I was going to buy the movie tickets in a couple of weeks and start setting up visits shortly after but if there are ideas that are much better I will go with them.BTW, for any complaining about Christmas coming too early and other bah humbug sentiments, I sing in a church choir and we are rehearsing Christmas music now and have been for a couple of weeks.

Do your homework, know what you're going to say before you say it, rehearse if necessary, and know what the property is worth and what you're willing to offer, have a bottom line number that you won't go beneath.

I'm a musician (NEVER play at home, I have a studio for that when I need to rehearse or record) I am also a skilled videographer (I film shows for other musicians whose websites I also produce and maintain.I do all of this without a specific business title, because it's free lance.

Anyway I posted my question on doityourself dot com.Long story short, within an hour I had several resonses including one that reprinted a magazine article with easy hints on how to tap into lines and all the recommended specs.Too bad I'm in rehearsal for a play or I'd volunteer to come up and do your plumbing if you'd come down and do some painting for me!
