There seems to be a perception on bigger pockets that you can get a much better deal if you bypass Turnkey and hire a realtor; I disagree.

This early only because we've already prudently been locked down for a while and we'll see that other areas and countries were able to get through it.Nationally, I think the perception that business and life are riskier than we thought adds a risk premium to just about all investments for a while. 

But, if you employ the same accounting principles as an individual, much of the questionable expense matters go away as well.A bigger plus is to marketing, if you advertise as ABC Properties, LLC, the public perception is different than advertising as Mom and Pop.

Now you speak of it how great it is by tricking the public perception.

Also keep in mind that the size and leverage component of your equity position on your balance sheet should drive your perception of risk relative to the size of the note you're being asked to kiss. 

Real estate is much art as it is numbers.Everyone has perceptions, opinions, including not limited to agents, contractors, project managers and ultimately - the investor shelling out the money. 

A company would be punished by the feds and/or the market bc of perception.

That is where the hippy mindset influences their perception.
