:@James WiseAll right, I'll bite.I had a young tenant who had recently gone through three jobs and was completely broke and living on the charity of his baby momma's mother pull up to where I was working on the house I rented the family.

We've invested a lot into our kids now it's time for momma and poppa to reap the rewards while we're still walking upright....LOL

I can see you are some wannabe clown probably flat broke living in your Momma's basement Dreaming about the business!.

No guarantee, but if it were my momma who had to live there...etc. just my thoughts.

They use fake accounts or surrogate accounts who try to appear neutral but are really just using a common strategy to try and build credibility for mentorship programs.  

Even if you have a sugar momma or sugar daddy, we need to run a background check to ensure you are not a danger to the property or other tenants.

Your just a LOUD voice trying to get business for yourself by talking down on other companies......Just like Momma said....you "ain't got nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all"You said you didn't see my company anywhere???? 

They'll blow their money on booze, vaping, Rx drugs legal or otherwise, fast foods, a couple of 55inch TV's, monthly cell phone & cable TV bills etc but have no concept of a Landlords property taxes going up to fund wasteful medicare, baby momma benefits, HEAP, food stamps etc etc.

Cancer meds: 1/3 come to the market with no control arm, 2/3 based on a surrogate endpoint.
