It is very thick and durable, being nearly commercial grade.In renting houses, it may actually be more preferable to tile the kitchen and bathrooms, and put a good wood laminate for the remaining rooms, including the bedrooms.

If you want t see the house , I will be there next Sunday at 10 . "   I had a guy with a thick accent one time actually tell me (in response to me saying I'd be available at 10 to show the house) that he would be there 11, 11:30 just nonchalantly like I was desperate for tenants or something.
