Ford is a great work truck and the BMW had 130k miles and a 2" thick folder for all past service record back to 85 when it left the lot (over $38k in preventative maintenance and upgrades over the years, New clutch and trans in last 10,000 miles) I am the second owner and justify this purchase because I like to tinker on cars and I could sell it tomorrow for $3,000 easy.

In GA you can get a humid heat where you are drenched and the air is so thick it is hard to go outside for more than 10 minutes to breathe.We haven't had that kind of brutal heat for the last few years but it has came back this year.I wouldn't expect a business or a residential tenant to do business or live here without proper cooling.Third world countries are acclimated to living in 90 or 100 degree heat but that doesn't mean it is a positive for their health because they have to live that way.I guess I am in the minority here and that is okay........... : ) I guess if I lived in a state where it is 30 degrees or below most of the year I would look at it differently as heat being more of a necessity.
