All the bathroom vent fans look like they are original, thus old and not whisper quiet like the newer fans.

I hate to throw a price out there myself too early but I also don't want to waste time looking at a house when there is no chance of the price.I don't have Michael Quarles mad house whisper skills yet but I'm working on it:)

You can have the calls transferred to your phone and you get a 'whisper' saying "Heather Street" or whatever you want so you know which property they are calling about.

If the whisper will be no longer silence info between them , the purchase price will not be as reasonable as expected .
