Just bought a new welder the other day and will start welding up new tomato cages this winter.

Oddly enough, the temperature swings can be almost 50 degrees from day to night.

Our soil is largely made of clay and our temperatures while mostly moderate have extreme cold and heat within shorter periods of time.

Our state guidelines say we must maintain a temperature of 65 degrees.

If they cannot produce a receipt for the hotel, I would give them each $50 or $75 off next months rent.I just looked at the temperature for your area, the tenants have a legitimate complaint.

@Leah HollidayWell, this is an easy fix at least.You need some JB HighHeat Weld, sold in an epoxy putty stick for nine bucks a pop at Amazon, Lowes, HD, pretty much every home repair store.

The temperatures you have the house at are completely unacceptable.

So I quit...that was my last job.I then started that "mobile detailing business thing" I thought of when I was welding and grinding on stuff in my parents garage 6 years prior. 

It depends on the OAT (Outdoor Air Temperature).
