Many owners that bring a property to rent will opt for a 6-month lease at this point of the year so that the lease period resets in the hotter (temperature & market-wise) time of the year.

They have a temperature switch activated blower with Hi/Low speeds, so I installed separate wall switch circuits so the tenants don't need to lay on the floor to fumble for the switching.

I would strongly advise not going to college (especially if you already know what you'd like to do), or at least not in the traditional sense.I took as many classes in the trades (carpentry, automotive, welding, etc) as possible during high school.
