My resolution for 2015 - further develop my two-track career of syndicator/guru.  

I'm just wondering how much of a hindrance other investors think this is and I'm wondering if there is a creative resolution during the rehab process that someone thinks we should consider.

I'm not personally a fan of the way your letter is structured...it's too wordy about the seller which I don't think they really care too much about...and doesn't provide the right reasoning and a real resolution...just my opinion. 

Yeah, it cost me a few hundred bucks but was well worth it for a clean and quick resolution. 

I'd just spell out the limitations I had to work with on my end and how they'd be better off working with me to end up with a fair resolution.  

I would love to share these people's profiles to shame them towards a resolution however I must refrain until there is a clear plan of action.From the looks of how little traction this thread received, I am surprised that a community this large has not experienced or witnessed similar circumstances.

Easier for you and the other to from an entity, and have him sign a resolution stating that though the property is in his name, it is the entities. 

Did you rent through a STR company and if so, it may be best to go to them for resolution.
