Family is South African, and holly cow it's like an invasion in Africa how the Chinese have come in and taken over.

I've seen it price many people out who thought that in 2020 it was a terrible time to buy and now regret it immensely. 

There is immense amount of wealth to be found in that as long as you time values of money are arbitraged in your favor. 

The first thing to know is that the southside is overwhelmingly African American.

At the height of the protests, we had "BLM" protestors up and down the streets for many days advocating to get rid of her under the implication that she somehow supported police brutality against minorities (she's African American mind you). 

Won't that be an immense risk?

I mean, you see that band of Trump yahoos driving and honking and ****, but you've also got Asheville being one of the first munis in the country to talk openly and try to do something about reparations to African Americans (and it seems pretty moderate overall, not like an economic cataclysm).
