We have immense liquidity in the system and no mention of any looming threat that could disrupt the financial machine, at least no legitimate one grounded in reality and logic (yes, I have heard the fed printing will collapse everything, buy gold & silver, I have heard this for 20+ years, it's always magically "just about to happen") COVID, arguments of how covid will crash the housing market.

I was in court in SF Friday for a Case Management Conference and the judge said San Francisco today is about 5% African American, and that if he sees 100 potential jurors appear on a jury summons only one will be African American.

I track the market almost every day and I have yet to see anything come down 30% unless it is a super luxury home immensely above the median price for the local market or in a lower-demand region of AZ.

What I am saying is I can't be certain as I don't work for the SBA.The reason I started this thread was to provide a resource for rental property owners to utilize if the needed assistance during this tragic times.The reality is the nature of this Economic and Health Disaster is so immense that the SBA program has had to undergo numerous updates and revisions.
