I can handle the phone calls for now.Once you make some money from deals, then you can worry about SEO, Google Ads, social media, etc...so much of that stuff just eats up your time early on.  

Update:I’m now using REI Blackbook for my websites, SEO, online lead gen, email marketing etc.We also use Investor Fuse/Podio for our CRM.Both are good systems that we use for different parts of the funnel and business.

We all have various methods of finding motivated sellers and based on your past comments I understand yours is SEO-based which is a great; however, I believe many folks will get some value from this thread and that's the point of sharing!

Help me do better with SEO, pricing and pulling more bookings.

You need a website.. but then again... you would be competing against these guys at WeBuyHousesInConnecticut... and damn I hear there is no one better at SEO and lead generation and credibility than those guys.
