No point in the blower throwing air into the ducts if the registers aren't open so the cool air can escape into the living space.You likely need a top-notch HAVC'er out there to make sure the system is sized properly for the house as it sits, identify any airflow issues, etc.My $0.02...David J Dachtera

Pros: MLS access; in tune with the market (because I work every day); no commissions when I buy for myself even if they are listed; reduced fees when I list my own properties for sale; working with people with the same passions that I have; meeting top notch people in the industry and gaining from their experience; being able to attend classes that are not open to the public; education...and I am sure there are more.
