@James WiseAll right, I'll bite.I had a young tenant who had recently gone through three jobs and was completely broke and living on the charity of his baby momma's mother pull up to where I was working on the house I rented the family.

Including myself as I'm about to foreclose on someone who used to work for me and I viewed like a surrogate son to me.

There is an old saying a friend of mine says, "If momma ain't happy ain't nobody happy".

Momma will be close and you won't have to spend as much since houses in CA are insane.

Personally I find it amusing to post an eviction notice on a home with a new car in the drive and batter-powered vehicles for the kids in the driveway while momma texts daddy with her $200 nails and $200 hairdo that some A-hole is at the house. 

, his entire life will be working as hard as possible to bring home enough to pay, pay, pay, pay the pain away.And he'll realize his entire life has gone to fund this golddigger's dream of living an Instagram-worthy life, of proving to her mother that she's just as much of a successful upper-middle-class golddigger as Momma ever was.That's when he'll start the desperate affair (if there's only one) that will lead to him shooting himself in the head in a hotel room one fine day.

I live at home with momma and papa bear which has allowed me to save money.

It's great if you need to get a message to a tenant but don't want to get stuck listening to a tenant for twenty minutes about how tough the economy/job market/baby momma problems are

I agree with Gail , there is a lot of baby momma drama and attendant hi-jinx and mutual shenanigans that have nothing to do with effectively removing the tenant.Its odd your even mentioning all these non-Relevant sideshow issues.
