Are the double closings/simultaneous closings legal in CA to be specific?

Hi all,I am doing  a few Commercial/Multi-family deal(s) simultaneously and heading down the path of bank loan(s) with a couple of regional banks.I am being offered from the same bank several scenarios. 

I️ use the MLS and Zillow simultaneously for my MAIN source of information when looking for properties for clients.

That way if we start with paintball, it is on the least desirable portion of land and would allow simultaneous development of storage, commercial space, or whatever else looks promising on the part with road frontage.

Did you process the applications simultaneously?

I have student loans that I'm prioritizing paying down but after reading through some posts in this forum I've decided to simultaneously save up enough money for a down payment to do my first house hack next year.

I don't think you can house hack simultaneously.

Generic ads get glanced over, so since you can run multiple ads simultaneously, you're missing out if you use one ad to blanket all the little sub markets.

I'm fine with tenant-friendly laws,  as long as they are not simultaneously anti-owner.  

It's a very exciting market to explore because there's a ton of revitalization and new outer-ring development happening simultaneously, and we expect it to stay that way for quite a while.
