How many are undocumented I dont know.. but I can tell you all of our labor trades are the nicest guys work with smile and will do any little task my wife and I may ask of them.

Hey @Chris PohlsonHaving a script to fall back on certainly helps, but the biggest thing is to just take your lumps with a smile as you're building that skill set. 

I admit that many of the exasperating tenant/repair experiences blend into faded memories, but they often bring a smile.

What I found out is that this place is full of dangerous people who will smile to your face as they stab you in the back?

I couldn´t help but smile when I read that you have property in Redding. 

Honestly prices have been so fair, in those two markets, that I have not bought anything in NC Smile :)  All my purchases have been out of state :)  I would not touch anything east of Raleigh or the Fayetteville area due to hurricane or flooding risk.
