I only drive on the interstate when I can use my peach pass or you will sit in traffic for hours barely moving.Lots of CA and NY buyers moving away from political views and government changes they do not believe in.

Tenant had some risk items such as extension cord going from outside to inside which invited an inspection.

Pay a couple thousand to insulate the shed and simply run drop cords from the house and live out there.

To look at that issue further, you can see the fluorescent light bulb box/package in the kitchen and in several rooms you can see the light fixtures attached to the ceiling with dangling cords.

We are committed to sending out a postcard towards the end of next month, but we don't know how much longer we can sustain this with such pitiful results - the time to pull the cord on this experiment is getting close.Any advice, counseling, strategies, words of wisdom or ideas would be a great help to us.

At one time, this was a thriving area, but with the 1971 Supreme Court decision to re-route Interstate 40 around the city of Memphis, the area was cut off un-naturally from the rest of the city.

The “Valley” runs north and south through Virginia with Interstate 81 starting just north of Winchester and continues south until you reach Lexington.
