New geothermal furnace 2013(warranty transferable (heat in winter air conditioner in summer) with hot water assist,jetted tub, 1 4pc bath I 2pc en-suite 1 2pc( toilet,sink) in laundry basement, New flooring in bedrooms 2013!

Wanted to ask if anyone has ever used or gotten some really good info about "ductless air conditioners."

My dad told me I was crazy and told me his horror story about when he tried rental properties but gave up after his tenant called him all the time to complain all the time and ultimately stole an air conditioner from him and moved out after 2 months.  

Each heating or cooling appliance has its importance in the lives of various people.Air conditioners are the most used cooling appliance in summers and if suddenly Ac stops working properly then obviously you need a reliable AC repair in San Antonio.

Are the air conditioner units locked in cages, plenty of bail bonds offices and pay day loans available?

Plus the big hits like the $1000 air conditioner repair I just got hit with.

Think of major items that will cost the most money.Tile in the bathrooms, windows (overall), appliances, doors (sometimes they are not hung or in bad condition), bathtubs (do they need replacement or major repairs), plumbing (overall), air conditioners (do they work or are they outdated)......We also rate each unit 1-10 based on all factors and list tenant issues if during due diligence so we know if we should consider non-renewing or addressing at the time of acquisition. 

We do ask that they throw out any trash/ recycle, clean any dirty dishes or put them in the dishwasher and run the cleaning cycle, put all dirty towels in the laundry basket and turn off all ceiling fans and air conditioner.

For Christmas I even got a new beard comb and some conditioner all in a kit.
