Lessons learned - If there are window air conditioner units in an eight year old house with central air then your evaporator coil is full of cat/dog hair and your compressor is bad.

Since 2006, I replaced all three bathrooms in the house, refinished the hardwoods, rugs, hot water heater, air conditioner, added pavers in the rear patio, replaced all windows and the list goes on and on as I’m sure everyone can imagine.

Something simple like a water heater or air conditioner? 

I can't see much from the photos, but those window unit air conditioners don't help the building.

Last month they told me the air conditioner wasn't working well so that day I sent my guy over and the next day it was replaced.

None need conditioners .

Yes, my first home had a boiler, the biggest drawback is leaves you dealing with window air conditioners more often than not. 

This means if a window air conditioning unit or portable air conditioner was left in the home by the prior tenant, and you do not want to be responsible for maintaining or replacing it, it must be removed from the property prior to showing the unit for lease.    3. 

You have to be financially prepared for things to break and be replaced; major things like air conditioners or disasters like a broken pipe. 

So I have been switching units over to all electric as water heaters, furnaces and air conditioners go out or I get tagged for a new flue liner or other gas repair.
