As i said in my previous post, any good contractor is super busy right now and has many projects going at one time and finding good help is hard to come by nowadays so man power is down.

The logistics of getting materials and manpower in the right place at the right time has got to be a huge challenge.

For a bank, it costs the same amount of money/man power to originate a $1M loan as it does a $100k loan so they generally like to see larger amounts.  

There are two variables to scaling your business, money and manpower, depending on your comfort level you can choose the partners or go on your own.

I've had some thoughts on owning Car Washes, Storage Units, or anything that doesn't require too much maintenance or man power.

I just can't imaging the man power it takes to deal with delinquent tenants.

Due to the declining flipping market in our area, we are now also starting to really focus on some multi-family buy and hold properties, while also hoping to grow our manpower to be able to have more than one flip going at a time (if the market allows).

You need a bunch of equipment and manpower to do this work, it will be costly.

Misuse of law enforcement resources in cases such as this is a big part of why officers do not have the time and manpower to conduct proactive policing and end up chasing calls for service the entire shift.
