However, if by "sent", you mean simply mailing it to their workplace, then that probably won't suffice (by itself), but to be sure you'll need to look up what constitutes acceptable "substituted service" in your jurisdiction.

So it has to make sense and be for the right reasons (i.e. lower interest rate, avoid balloon payment, etc).A letter of explanation may suffice regarding your loss but again it depends on who the lender is and the underwriter working your loan.Bottom line like any lender, they want to make sure you are good for the loan and in the event you default (which we know is a liability they do not want to incur as it's all about performing notes), the collateral is worth backing the loan.

Sorry I won't go through all the numbers because I'm on my phone but suffice it to say returns are Much higher :-).I'm sure part of the draw to  Utah is that you know someone that has invested there but there are a number of people on the forums and on the site that can help point you in the right direction to invest somewhere or even partner with you for you to learn the process.

Yes, I, and I believe Jean and Jerry, were suggesting that over and above this, one can get an Umbrella Policy to pick up where this package leaves off.If you like the term business better than company, that is fine - they will both suffice.
