Honestly I do not know why the previous owner spent so much on the furnace and Air conditioner when the house needed so many other things like windows!  

Then, if there's a need, and your market checks out then start getting it furnished and add all of the amenities, towels, body wash/soap/shampoo/conditioner, washer/dryer, etc. 

it doesn't say but I believe it's 5 based on the amount of air conditioners it says it has

But, we found that the companies with the best recommendations were often the worst.We just had a license HVAC place install an air conditioner.
