Get your agent to put the situation in the property overview and it will weed out families looking for their own accomodations and get your agent to contact other agents and let them know about your situation so they can tell their investor clients.

So far they have been pretty accomodating and there really wasn't much expectation for me to do anyting in return.Perhaps your conversations with the agents could be tweaked, or you just need to reach out to more agents until you find one who is hungry and ready to help.

Escrow hates doing reserves since anything needs mutual agreement and once a seller sells, he's a lot less "accomodating" usually.

Future potential guests will see your response and see that you are reasonable and accomodating.

There will be quite a bit of persons moving here  (foreign Nationals) that will need upper middle class to high end living accomodations.

I think you get to stay 2-3 weekends all inclusive (2 hunts, 6 meals, accomodations), plus you can attend several special one day events. 

I got the estimate around $3000 for the cost benefit analysis and this is without travel/accomodation cost . 

Having all of these exit options simply allows you to bend and shape the exit, both in terms of timing and strategy, to accomodate the whims and desires of the marketplace, which I think will drive investor's returns! 

Move te waste pipe back a few inches to accomodate the dishwasher.I think option 1 will be much easier and less expensive since it only involves moving pipes 1-2 ft.  

If you're going install drywall or paneling, wood 2x4's will accomodate plumbing and electrical.
