Get your agent to put the situation in the property overview and it will weed out families looking for their own accomodations and get your agent to contact other agents and let them know about your situation so they can tell their investor clients.

So far they have been pretty accomodating and there really wasn't much expectation for me to do anyting in return.Perhaps your conversations with the agents could be tweaked, or you just need to reach out to more agents until you find one who is hungry and ready to help.
