the mediation will cost him 1k or so out of pocket anyway.. mediation works 95% of the time you would have to be pretty stubborn not to work it out.. and especially on deals like these were I suspect the EM is not all that much..

Most people new in the business are too self centered stubborn or eager to throw all advice in the wind and act randomly.

So to me, the question is, why is NYC stubbornly holding on to the high commissions?

IMHO when someone is not satified you are usually stubborn, spoiled, forgetful and ungreatful.

I am where I am BECAUSE I am stubborn and am confident in my skills, intelligence and ability.

I have followed cases with the same complaints (many in the Public Records Act cases where LNI refused stubbornly to give up records) but the problem is that LNI is defended by the Attorney Generals office.
