For Air BNB I guess you guys should brainstorm what attributes are important to vacationers heading up this way, like privacy, views, cable/cell service, proximity to the ski areas or downtown, ease of approach road + driveway, ability to add sleeping #'s, shuttle to skiing etc.

And a similar thing when jobs were lost in the Space Shuttle program.

They had regular shuttles and the complex had lots of amenities but the location made it not the first choice of those looking for housing. 

Some resorts/counties/towns/hotels/condos have free or inexpensive shuttle services to the mountain.

They did have a successful space shuttle launch and touchdown yesterday so that might be some more buzz you are hearing.  

There are 5 "chains" that provide furniture, clubhouse, sauna, rec room, shuttle transportation to class and local bars, etc. etc. all for around $450 a person.

Pex is what they use in the space shuttle.

UberBlack, or a self-branded shuttle or chaufeur service allows a different model than the "Uber-taxi" UberBlack services solicit a higher price point and lower-hassle clientele.  10 hours of work using UberBlack can solicit $600-800.

Also includes a shuttle to/from KSU, a large swimming pool and a big social scene.  

Tesla pays better than the Amazon distribution center but they are a bit out of town and have had to get creative, putting in shuttle busses to get staff at the plant about 15 miles east of the Reno/Sparks area.
