Vinney is absolutely amazing and I admire him and would love to learn more from him, but from what I've seen of him and people he has worked with, he focuses on raising capital and acquisitions, whereas Neal focuses heavily on asset management and business building which personally interests me more.

Quick back story I have always wanted to own property, my uncle owns a lot of homes and I really admired him.

Hey Cory, I want to start off by saying that even though you aren't completely well off (money wise) you seem to have a great mindset, that's admirable.

Only buy and he's done that admirably by investing in high yield dividend stocks which he lives quite comfortably on.
