We know or I think we know this should not be a long term affect .. but short term our work force tennants could see a disruption in their income and most dont have much if any savings.How will you handle that will you allow them to skip a month and then just add it to the remaining lease pro rata..

I asked my staff if there were more and they told me they knew of maybe 3 other cases where people did not ask for a refund, but were acting in a way that was disruptive and/or were complaining about something that did not seem “fixable” and for those we also immediacy told them “it does not look like we are going to meet your expectations here”, and we immediately gave them a full refund”.

@Thadeous Larkin I’d try to figure out how much of the delay is from you/ your pm, and how much delay is from the national appliance shortage due to covid disruptions of the manufacturing.
