I personally am not a fan of "old" (1920's year built) properties because they may have obsolete wiring, plumbing, windows, foundation problems, etc....yet they can have charm and are often in great locations. 

I'm a sucker for old homes with charm.  

Make it charming, cute as a button, clean and neat just beckening them to come on in !

I think you are right the house is very charming.

Once is enough for the course exam, but for the state exam three times can be the charm.
