There's nothing to "unlock" that's any different than just dumping your extra income in a savings account and using it for a second investment in the future.

Jason Terrell I’m not saying I’ve done it in the past on two occasions but on those occasions I definitely didn’t get my realtor to show me the property then unlock a window on ground floor without them noticing.

Took a while to get the kinks worked out.A bunch of the seniors here would leave their doors unlocked and go outside for walks, etc., expecting to use the keypad to get back into the building  So, they were all ending up locked out until they changed their habits.

The fact that he is related to them does not really matter.If the tenant said "sure, come over to my apartment, I forgot to leave the door unlocked but you can just kick it in", then it would be the tenant's fault.Did the tenant invite this guest over or not is the question.

I suppose if a tenant left the door to the outside unlocked, then locking the laundry door would hinder an intruder from accessing the room.
