Whether you do it via 1031 or direct cash injection, keep in mind you must own physical assets, not just stocks, to be considered an active investor, and be able to reap all the tax, and government benefits of an oil & gas producer.If you have any questions on oil and gas or how a 1031 works in this scenario, leave a comment and I will reply.

Optimal on those is to get an interest only loan so the payments are real low while you inject capital into the property itself.

Suspected a very slow leak of refrigerant somewhere, did nitrogen test, even injected dye etc....couldn't find it Finally I spoke to the owner, he came out himself, within 20 minutes he found the issue, an expansion valve that had gunk buildup partially clogging the line causing the appearance of lost pressure and leaked refrigerant.

the they do a little bit of work to the home and turn around in 6-12 months and refinance it taking out the cash they injected and possibly more for future renovations and down payment money.
