If I HAD found human remains or a torture chamber I probably would have titled the post "Human remains found during inspection" or "Torture Chamber, Duplex" In my opinion, the above is disturbing.. not creepy.The possibility of taking a shower and having someone peeping through a hole in the ceiling is creepy in my opinion.

Visit your bank, or another bank and ask about small business classes that touch on "use of funds" management, they can be helpful or point you to a class in your area, generally these are free to attend, check the Chamber of Commerce too.Basic business finance is simply an extension of personal finance, it doesn't have to be complicated.

Talk to folks at the Chamber of Commerce to get the scoop on the area's economic forecast and how other businesses see the future of MHPs in the area.We just had two cases of older Parks being run out of business b/c the new City Council created so many new ordinances there was no way the owners could afford to become compliant with the new rules.
