I'm currently out of the country in the island of Curacao; when i get back in a month or so i'd love to meet up and chat.

We have some substantial equity and some of the Caribbean islands, specifically Bonaire and Curacao which are owned by the Netherlands look very appealing for a STR.

Have you thought of Curacao?

I don;t care how many will disagree with me.And here is why they will disagree with me.I am from Curacao, an island in the Caribbean with Crystal clear water.Now consider someone from NYC and myself both go to Florida to visit the beaches.I would say Yuk look at that milky water.

That arrises another issue of weather which is why I've looked a lot at the ABC islands (Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao) which are fairly hurricane proof.

So this was in Curacao,  and there was a ranch next to our house.

Use the money you make off your other STRs to TRAVEL to Curacao!
