Walt Disney used various trust to anonymously acquire several adjacent tracks of land in Florida, which he then put together and turned into Disney World, and I'm sure he was not the 1st to pull this trick :) @Bill Gulley could you please enlighten us all on the proper way to pull this trick off, the pros vs cons, financing, and if it is worth it for Cluadia?

I'm going to list some of the bad things in hopes to enlighten any new investors.1.

I'm sure that you can enlighten us with even more "outside the box" uses for the credit report.

That is an affect of rising prices though, not rising rates, due to how many bought 7-8 years ago at a much cheaper price point.Now historical data can enlighten us, but it doesnt always become a predictor of future events.

I have a lot of people come to me after having gone through one of these "enlightenment" sessions/ training and all I have to say to them is "good luck" and here is a number of somebody who will sell you down the river in the guise of helping you!   

I throw a fit with all the calls from wholesalers, I get you I really do, BUT... allow me to enlighten you and I hope it will make you a better investor.The first few sentences you wrote are severely off-putting to me.
