I have it in my written criteria that I will reject for threatening, bullying, harassing, of the landlord, LL's employees. neighbors, or other members of the applying party.If his demeanor is such that he stands too close, leans over you, makes harsh facial expressions, says threatening things, then you can certainly reject.This is just about the only place where I think it is OK to play the girl card.

That standard things we buy from WalMart between vacancies are: deodorant soap, facial soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, dish scrubbing pad, toilet paper, paper towels and occasionally bath towels, bed sheets, dishwasher tabs and pillows.Every now and then I'll buy some adult dvds and print some advertising on mailing labels.

Small business owners will let trusted employees go since they can no longer afford them.We will have a rash of failures in small business and everyone will blame the administration in power for the loss when it was triggered by minimum wage meddeling.Uneducated workers will figure they have an additional 40 hrs at $5 more or $200 in discretionary income which they will over spend.

The argument was my CPA uses 80/20 can he, and can he even if I show land is LESS than 20 The answer is no that still doesn't allow a straight up 80/20 splitYou need to use actual amounts.But I appreciate your making such rash assumptions based on 1 out of my 3k posts on here.
