The tabs are set up so that if you have a multi-family the expense and income from each unit is entered into its own table (example: unit 1, unit 2) and expenses that would encompass the entire property are entered into the last table as "Property Expenses." 

My thinking was to create a Holding Company and then have the bank do a single loan to the holding company that would encompass all the properties underneath it.  

It encompasses varying income tranches. 

I just did not want anyone newly looking at Houston to be mislead when you look at the overall Houston real estate market, which encompasses numerous sectors.

But I think it is incorrect to base a decision on the idea of "tech" workers migrating of of the BA and the Bay Area only being a 1 industry town.There was a string of posts on this topic last year, but I feel it is important to educate our fellow BP'ers that the term "tech workers" is not a single class of employees but a very WIDE catch all phrase that encompasses everything from bio-tech to chip design to aerospace etc, etc, etc.
