This is not an exaggeration..  

The need for an LLC is grossly exaggerated on BiggerPockets and other websites.

If you are from San Diego you likely have some idea of the size of the homes in North Poway (but ours is on the smaller side, but our neighbor has a house that looks a dorm - no exaggeration). 

I knew he was exaggerating all the way but still I saw he seemed like a good guy and I did not find much on social media about him.

One was a bit late, but let me know and paid about a week late.I don't believe the news as they tend to exaggerate things.

However, much of his advice for investors is way off, and he exaggerates way too much. 

She may be exaggerating just to try to get you to do something.

Ok, well that is a bit of an exaggeration but honestly, my wife had once fit a small fridge, a washer and dryer in that baby all at the same time with space to boot, amazing. 

The bottom line, money will exaggerate the person you are today.
