Then using a mortgages calculator, recreate the note term by adjusting the term, rate, and balance due until you have a similar note schedule.Explain to the seller the reason for doing it this way is for legal reasons and for peace of mind.

Aside from giving you mindmaps, checklists, scopes of work, as well as non-Ohio-specific contracts -- all of which are definitely valuable and save time, but can be re-created and are available elsewhere for less -- plus "credibility packets" (that's very basic and cookie-cutter) and private money presentation (which actually is inferior to what competition offers), what is there?

If we classified based on a 1 to 10, we might add a T or C for townhouse or condo, SFD, 2-4 unit or we may need to designate areas with a H for historic, R recreational, etc.
