Aside from giving you mindmaps, checklists, scopes of work, as well as non-Ohio-specific contracts -- all of which are definitely valuable and save time, but can be re-created and are available elsewhere for less -- plus "credibility packets" (that's very basic and cookie-cutter) and private money presentation (which actually is inferior to what competition offers), what is there?

If we classified based on a 1 to 10, we might add a T or C for townhouse or condo, SFD, 2-4 unit or we may need to designate areas with a H for historic, R recreational, etc.

Loan categories are: residential real estate, commercial real estate (which takes in multi-family, industrial, development, recreational and public use) and agricultural real estate and then consumer loans which are not secured by real estate.

Question I would imagine these discounted notes are bringing in a nice yield currently why exit.. you probably won't be able to recreate the great deals your getting today... is there a mechanism to have the current members just buy the notes individually if they wish to keep their cash flow coming in...
