Any recommendations for great Property Management outfits in the area that we should consider?  

Some people just like To live that way- Messy class C of someone who is monitarily challenged.The working poor, that's why you should be judicious in choosing how you outfit the unit.Some will go with, for instance stone countertops (hard to damage), while others will go with formica (cheaper), And others will go with heavy duty paint (quick repairs on a turn) for countertops in a class C.

Personally I enjoy the comfort of knowing the police force is there, roads are repaired, town redevelopment is in full swing and fire Department is well outfitted with proper gear to save my family if needed in addition to the multiple social services available to those who are truly in need of them. 

Without permits a Yurt can be built and outfitted for $40,000 (or less if you do the work yourself!) 

But that feels like nothing once you've done the hard stuff of furnishing it nicely and outfitting the kitchen!  

 Depending on your needs, an outfit like Bang It construction may be a contact to have.

It sounds too good ....If a turnkey outfit buys a distressed property at a discount, puts money into it, rents it, and manages the property, exactly how and why are they going to sell it to me at a price that allows me to make a profit?

Barring that, the amount involved could be enough to take him to small claims court.Failing either of those, it’s several important lessons learned (Albeit at an expensive price tag). 1) Get multiple bids. 2) don’t always trust your realtors contractor recommendations (had a guy once bid pre-close and then double the same bid post-close, clearly in cahoots with the realtor) and 3) don’t pay small contractors/handymen before any work is done (more comfortable doing this on large/sophisticated outfits).

Not sure they could outfit that picture window and it would change the look of the house to have screens on there but they wouldn’t be damaged by a rock.
