The chief tax assessor in the Beaver County courthouse said that because it's not an arms length transaction and I'm transferring it essentially from me to me, that I could avoid transfer tax.

Some of the so-called experts also say that if the dam stops generating power (which it is contractually obligated to do at some water level, and we're not even close to that level), the river flow will quickly increase Lake Mead...The issue of how big a hit the Vegas area is going to take from current events, yeah, we're very concerned about that. 

I had worked just off of an intersection, "Crooks" and "Big Beaver", which all used to sound normal back then until I say them out loud now lol. 

I was pretty dam excited to find Free Grand.

It is dam hard to rent in my area in from November until March. 

The Champps just off I-75 at Big Beaver Rd has been a reliable gathering place for some after-REIA meetings.
