The end result will most likely be a second or third lien, and when the home owner misses payments, which he will, the cycle will begin all over again.This of course is providing you have not violated the Dodd Frank Act, the Federal Truth in Lending Laws, local homestead laws, state property laws, deceptive trade practices act, or any of the 1,000 + regulations put forth by the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau.

Then have already moved and now have two mtg's  the new place and now this empty place.  3- a competitor who does things right and see the bad actors out there and turns them inBy law the Commission MUST investigate EVERY complaint filed. and they do.I will tell you that almost on a daily basis I get people calling me with deals and are doing things illegally.

A "Sub-2 Collapse" is a very real potentiality given the volume of novice actors in such.- In general, I see politics playing a rapidly increasing role and impact as stimulus and assorted actions have exceptional high probability of occurring induced from political motives, riding backs of legitimate economic standings, but amplified in there deployment via political motives.
