I am always hesistant to have lawyer's draw up leases because they look like legal documents which are not always the most readable for a tenant.

I don't think as many people are looking in those towns/areas as, say, Providence or Pawtucket.I would just say, familiarize yourself with the landlord-tenant laws of each state as early as you can since that might affect where you want to ultimately buy, and you'll need to know them anyway.I don't have a resource handy for Connecticut but for Rhode Island the venerable Landlord-Tenant Handbook is a great starting place as it tries to translate the laws (the RI Residential Landlord and Tenant Act aka RIGL 34-18) into human-readable text.

There are 2 methods of using my program to examine total absorption, I am not sure which you are using to arrive at your conclusion.Method 1: If you are using the dashboard (entering City/Zip and pressing Go), the %'s you are seeing are the % difference from the last Quarter or Year, so they would be different for every City/Zip Code (one zip code absorption increased 90% and another only increased 30%).Method 2: If you are using the Statistics Menu options below the Dashboard and generating charts for your specific City/Zip, the SF/Bay Area was last updated 9/29, so it has most of Q3, and no Q4 transactions:So if you were generating charts for a Specific City/Zip with the 'Rental Data' or 'Sales Data' radio inputs below the dashboard, and looking at the Q4 total absorption of the Bay Area (or a Zip Code in the Bay Area), the issue you replied about makes sense, the data is simply missing. If you could please clarify I will look into it and report back, thanks Yes that’s exactly what I am asking. Also if you could sort the data based on MOM that would be the best to excel format like would be the best.the resiclub guys makes the same data is very readable, this is super great work of what you are doing here ….I used to do what you do here is by manually dumping the data from mls and sort it out with perl or pythonVery great work !

& https://www.prisonlegalnews.or...In haste I must also include here that when I stumbled upon the page the first time a signal went out for within 24-38 hours the entire sight was wiped clean you could no longer read any ANY of the previous aggregious cases of millions of deaths due to woeful neglect by private prison infrastructures, And every previous completely readable gross human right / healthcare violation which was blatantly recorded with complete indifference included on behalf of the authorities involved, thankfully recorded on the site till I found it.

I know that between Google Earth Pro and county-maintained GIS platforms it is possible to get a lot of property information for free, but I imagine that for folks without day-to-day experience, it can be time-consuming and often frustrating. On top of that, often times data is unavailable in less urban areas or available only in paper or PDF format which means scanning photo-copied images that are barely readable.

With a bandit sign, the critical elements are that it's concise (can be read quickly), is viewable and readable (i.e. big sign by slow-moving/stopped traffic); and is eye-catching (think colors here: yellow background w/ black letters ALWAYS catches my eye when driving whereas white sign don't necessarily do so).Where unique becomes critical is in direct mail.

Doesnt help I've always hated Intuit (the parent company)I personally like Buidiums features and it makes it easier to figure out what expenses are tied to what property and I've got 7 years of history in there as well.Just takes me a click of a button when all books are updated to get income statements done, profit/loss, look at the ledger (in a much more readable format than QB in my experience) look at an individual properties performance etc.Has anyone on BP actually used Buildium's full blown accounting features, tracking mortgages, depreciation etc?

Same for plumbers, I can send them a pic of the water heater installation (usually with the model tag readable) or other pertinent information for the task at hand.
