I don't think there's going to be a next Lawrenceville.I agree with you completely -- the tech sector only has so much potential in Pittsburgh as things stand.CMU's robotics department is indeed a very big part of it, but when you look at the combined education endowments of the major Pittsburgh universities compared to places like Palo Alto and Boston, the comparison becomes a joke.

And as I pointed out in my previous post, you're buying on the high endow market price, so cashing out in 2-3 years is not guaranteed to be a higher price.

Many have the attitude to seek exceptions or ways around something rather than accepting restrictions or the rules of the game, almost as if they don't apply to them or they are so endowed with some superior gene that they can get by with whatever.

To meet the conditions we have to relocate the electrical service, do a drainage plan, service plan, meet a fire code on the existing buildings garage and pay an endowment to a park fund.    

Because he's buying up these for clothes units for a dollar and the board is now renting them out supposedly making a profit… The thing is this guy lube allowed two thirds of the units to go into default  so it is somewhat necessary to remove some people who like my neighbors downstairs haven't paid common charges in 10 years… But when I see what they're doing to me by creating crazy unconstitutional rules without a quorum by the way they've endowed themselves with the power of lowering the number from nine to 7 board members and the power to "make decisions without having a quorum for every little thing" I can't see what I've written so I really should stop now I'm not even sure this whole thing is going to fit but it's just unbelievable what these people are doing and the Attorney General representative I spoke with seemed to be amazed that I have some of the stuff on tape so hopefully something will come of it please give me feedback and prayer!

Price has been established for too long and people value what they own too high to sell below that early 2001 level (endowment effect).
