Tenant shall not make any repairs alterations or improvements in or about the Premises including painting wallpapering adding or changing locks installing antenna or satellite dishes placing signs displays or exhibits or using screws, fastening devices.I wouldn't have minded the swing so much if the tenant hadn't already demonstrated in the past that he is quite savvy with the lease when I had requested that he provide receipts for maintenance items that the lease specified that the renter is required to take care of.

I do say it explicitly on my ads so it's never an issueOnly 2 people have ever complained, both old men who stayed in the whole time while their family was out, they wanted to watch the news (won't say which station, lol) Antennae for HD local channels, they are small and discreet now like a piece of paper.

What I found was a hodgepodge mess of aged coax cable, phone lines and tv antenna wires, all of which were assumed to be questionable and therefore abandoned.

Tuckpointing will be required, as mortar can deteriorate due to vines growing into it, water getting into cracks and freezing, TV antenna masts mounted to Chimneys, or the side of the building and flexing in the wind, loosening the bricks it is attached to.Wood needs to be painted to keep it from getting exposed to the weather.

1923 meets 2023.It really depends on what you need to offer to get renters in the area and what you want to offer and have in your portfolio.A little paint, hiding those wires and getting those antenna on a pole in the backyard would make for a fresher look too.Good Luck!

It already has a tower on it where cell antennas could be installed without changing the look of the property at all - so improved cell service for everyone with no new ugly cell tower to complain about.Anyone have experience courting cellular companies or leasing to them?
