It seems to be that Thibeault Terrace would be the most popular, based simply on location as it is closest to the campus, how far are students willing to commute?

I grew up in Anderson Township and currently live in the Terrace Park area.I've been interested in real estate for a few years, but have been focused on my career and have been hopping around between cities.

@Monte Rice if you have 20% equity and lived in the property for one year,  you should be able to refinance your FHA into a conventional  owner occupied loan.

More development also happening at the border of Ogden, Riverdale, and Washington Terrace. 

We have a great real estate agent, and what we think is an ideal property in Temple Terrace.
